Governer Christie declared a state of emergency before the blizzard even began. He came home to NJ from the campaign trail and asked that only essential and necessary vehicles/workers venture out on the snow and ice-covered roads.  While all of us in the Real Estate profession feel that we are essential, I’m pretty sure we are not.

So….I hope you enjoyed the quiet day off with your families, Folks.  I wonder if any of my fellow Realtors attempted any showings on Saturday?  There probably won’t be any showings today either.  And guess what?  Life will go on.
