My day in Salem County covered several bases today:

visiting with a client,
Woman’s Club errands,
an appointment to sign contracts with a 1st time home buyer,
teaching,
training a new agent.

In my Real Estate travels, my favorite thing is to work with new agents, helping them to get a firm footing in their new career. Goal setting. Budgets. Mission Statements. Vision Statements. Slogans. Prospecting Plans. Listing Presentations. Buyer procedures. etc, etc, etc.

But most of all……I just really like being the ‘big sister’, cheering them on. Today, a new agent joined our Pennsville Pino Team!
